New Events: two new events have been added to GuiLayer to increase the capability of GUI pages, etc: ReloadEvent and PageTouchEvent. See the Help file for more information.

New syntax: This GUI Framework code has been amended to use the new class member access modifiers: Private, Protected, Public, and also to use the new message binding modifiers: Base and Derived. This code will only compile with Venom2 versions 2015 09 01 and later.
Busy indicators: The BusyCircle has been renamed BusyCircleBox, and ProgressBar is now ProgressBarBox. The original names are used for two new GuiItems.
Also, these busy indictor boxes now must be sent the message RunInBackground after creation, in order to run them.

More macros have been introduced, to specify and modify the basic GUI 'look and feel', and existing macros are used more consistently.

TextEntry.WorkingText: this member has been removed; the text is now accessed via the Text field.

Release new version of GUI Framework, for VGA and similar resolution displays. Based on previous QVGA GUI Library, with improvments.
